Jim really did a great job on my haircut and overall a cool easy to talk to guy. I was nervous to return to a barbershop as I recently had a not so great experience, but after seeing him make quick work of my hair and giving me helpful tips on how to style it, I knew I was in good hands. Ally Susan INCREDIBLE job on my daughter’s long hair cut. She got it cut previously at another place and wasn’t quite happy with the result. We called the day before and asked for someone who specializes in long hair and layers, etc. They paired us with Ally and she couldn’t have done a better job. The cut looked AMAZING and she even went above and beyond and curled it for her. When we left, my daughter felt like a million bucks.

Charlie was incredibly friendly and did a great job with very little info to work with. Loved the experience.

For me it all centers around Jim. He started cutting my hair about a year before he joined Floyd's. I was distressed until I found where he had moved because before Covid I had the same barber for 47 years, but his wife wouldn't let him return after the pandemic because he had a number of risk factors. I was so sad and tried miscellaneous shops before I found Jim at Austin Haircuts, and then he moved and they wouldn't tell me where (found him through Facebook, lol). I'd never use them again for that very reason. Jim is superb.

Gloria is the best stylist I have found for my son. He has very thick curly hair with many cowlicks. She knows exactly what to do to make his type of hair look and feel its best. He looks amazing and feels better about himself, all thanks to Gloria. She is also very sweet and helped put my son ant ease about starting a new school.
