Dustin was great and my son says only he can cut his hair moving forward. The reception desk could do better for sure. They barely looked up from their phones to greet incoming customers and didn't really make the initial interaction very inviting. I also found it very unprofessional for the front desk to be eating in view of customers. Breaks should be provided for that to employees.

Serviced a pretty good but a bit on the pricey side, a Floyd’s cut should include a shampoo wash. Other than that it’s fine.
