They are always quick to answer the phones and provide adjustments if there is flexibility. My boys appreciate the hairstylist. It’s very relaxing. I do need to ask about the massages complementary, as we are members and my boys would like to always receive them, but they don’t always get them. One of them has experienced at once. We are signed up as members.

The setting has such a cool tattoo shop-like vibe and the staff are very friendly. I’ve been going to get my hair cut by Lindsey for a year now and she does an amazing job! My head is not easy due to 3 cowlicks, one within another.
She listened to what I wanted in a style, and she also recommended another way to improve it. My new hairstyle not only makes the cowlicks easier to manage, but I feel more confident by how great it looks! I highly recommend!

Josie did a great job with both my hair and my son’s. This was our first visit and she listened to my son and tried to help him get what he wanted. She also showed him how to style his hair.
Jessica is by far the best I’ve worked with at Floyd’s! My experience doesn’t feel like a haircut. She nails it every time, and she feels like a friend not just a hair wizard! The haircuts are quick, professional and the ambience is perfect!
