Shaughn listened to my son. He had not had a professional cut in many years. She understood that this appointment was about building trust. She was friendly and respectful. She did exactly what he asked for.

Every experience I have getting my hair cut at the Floyd's in Allen has been a pleasant one; it's to the point that I look forward to my haircuts like a dog gets excited for walkies. My most recent cut was with Ash, and it was like they've known me for years despite only just meeting me for the first time. If I'm having a bad day before my hair appointment, I always feel lighter and more at ease afterwards. I'm so comfortable with everyone there that I have no problems just selecting "Anyone" whenever I book with the app.

I'm also happy to say that it's the gayest Floyd's I've ever been to, and I mean that with only the utmost heartfelt joy. Thank you guys for making me feel so welcome. ♡

Our stylist Shaughn was AHMAZING. We have zero negative feedback about her. However, it’s a bummer we usually have to wait ~20-30 minutes at the shop even when we have a scheduled appointment (regardless of who it is with).

I cannot say enough about how amazing the lady who did my daughter’s hair was. She took the time to help her love her curls and how to style her hair. We have told everyone how awesome she was.
