I have frequented Floyd's for about four years. The first time I went, I was luckily paired up with Krystal. She provides top tier service every time. I enthusiastically recommend Floyd's, and Krystal in particular.

Literally everything. The stylists are consistently great, the products used smell great and this time there was a line to check in and two stylists came to help check people in. Also the shop was full of Easter eggs which my kids got great joy out of.
