Tuesday was very kind. She worked in my son and was able to answer question I had about an undercut. She was very professional and my son did great. He is on the spectrum so getting a hair cut can be sometimes alot but he enjoyed it.

Stylist listened to what I wanted and delivered. She gave me the best haircut I have had in years on the first try. It usually takes me a few months to get a new stylist to cut my hair correctly.

The stylists are passionate about their service and work. The front desk is helpful and tries their best to ensure the total experience is good from walking in to walking out. Plus they call or text to let me in advance if there are any changes times or schedules. Thanks

Ash kicked all kinds of @**!!!!!! I hadn't had a haircut in 3-4 months, and in less than 30 mins, she cut that mess and made me pretty again! I've already recommended 3 peeps to Floyd's and I will definitely be back!

Typically I like the atmosphere. Your stylists seem to be up to date and put a lot of thought into their styles. We usually go to the Lake Forest and 380 location. I had business in Allen and my 8 year old son was in need of a new haircut. We were running late. When I arrived at the front desk your receptionist reprimanded me for my tardiness. Your location was completely empty. I apologized and ushered my son to the restroom. I’m fully capable of waiting my turn if someone was ready for a cut before I arrived. I put us down for a cut with first available stylist. Sorry I was late. I’m over 40 years old… I guess I expect customer service regardless because I’m usually a pretty easy sell. She could have showed me products being sold at the counter or tried to schedule me an appointment. My hair could totally use an updated color and style. Your stylist was super nice. I appreciate how she handled my kiddo!

The staff is AMAZING. I can't praise them enough. If I'm having a bad day, I'm always feeling better after my appointment. I'd list names, but that'd take up the entire review. One way or another, these guys are great, you never have to wait long before one of them is able to help you.

Work with Jordan at Allen store. She does a great job and is always professional and friendly. I do buy any products from the store.

The front desk/reception area often seems unorganized and a bit unwelcoming. But we come for David, so it doesn’t effect our loyalty.
