I like the online booking system, variety of shops, hairstylists, and also enjoy that you can pay by card.

I have been going to Floyd’s for years. My last cut has extremely awful the first bad one ever for Floyd’s. Then this last cut I received probably the best haircut ever so many people mention how great my hair looked. The stylist Michael S really listened to my concerns with the last cut someone else had done, made a couple of suggestions and poof it was all fix. He made sure to style it exactly as I had explained taking the time to blow dry and style and trim where needed. Michael S definitely saved a long-standing customer from going else where.

The stylist listen, and make sure my wants are heard prior to starting... Miranda "knows" how to cut hair, it was obvious that she was given exceptional training.. it wasn't a "super cuts" haircut... I also like that the stylist can express themselves vs a uniform...

Miranda was AMAZING... I highly value my haircuts, and will pay for that value... and i got my $$ worth + 10fold... I will request her for each appointment..
