The appointment times I want are constantly available with advance booking. I’ve been getting my haircut at Floyd’s for over a decade (Alondra G and Jubilee A) and I’ve always gotten a stellar cut. Love the consistency, and everyone is super friendly.

Jubilee it's very friendly and great at what she does. I moved about 30 minutes away from her location, but I still find a way to make it back to get my haircut there. I always get in there on time and everyone at this location is very friendly.

I usually see either Reina or Santiago when I get my hair cut. Both are excellent at what they do which I get several compliments on my haircut every time and tell them I went to Floyd’s on Lemmon Ave.I also buy the shampoo products and styling cream when I need them.

I love how friendly and welcoming Santiago, Reina and the whole shop are! Santiago and Reina truly make me feel like more than just a customer. I feel like I’m a part of the Floyd’s family every time I go in. I always know I’ll be taken care of and listened to and they always do an amazing job!

I don't particularly like Floyd's I go there because Francisco has cut my hair for years and I don't like anybody else to do it but him. Plus I like the hot towels you all have there. But the main reason I go there is cuz Francisco. He's the best barber in town far as I'm concerned.

Xavier was amazing. And the vibe from the other stylists was great. The person working the front desk seemed like she would rather be anywhere else. And didn’t really seem interested in helping customers.

Star the young woman who cuts my hair is one of the best barbers/ hairstylists I’ve ever had or been around. She is very professional and her service is always amazing! Her people skills are absolutely incredible. She makes you feel comfortable and valued as a client. She is very meticulous in her work. I’m so happy to have her cutting my hair.
