I’m talking about the location at Lemmon & Inwood in Dallas. I was acknowledged & greeted as soon as I walked in! Reina came & walked me to her chair. She was sweet, friendly & professional. She asked me lots of questions, which I loved & then gave me the best haircut I’ve received in the last 3 years!!! It’s precise, sassy, so easy & I can already tell it will grow out beautifully. She also showed me how to use Lay Rite. There are 2 locations w/in blocks & a few miles of my house but this Floyd’s & Reina are worth the drive- thank you!!
