Suggestions:

1.) Would be awesome if the system remembered the last cut you had, the same way restaurant systems remember the last thing you order. That way when you get a new person, you're not trying to re-explain everything and remember which random number they used on your hair.

2.) Barbers should have easy to see name tags or name displays. That way you know who's cutting your hair and can request them the next time, instead of relying on maybe hearing the person's name when they introduce themselves.

3.) The back massagers were awesome, I miss those. Don't think I've gotten one of those with a cut since before covid. I get why they went away with the pandemic, but that's over, and it's still part of the package being charged for.

Anthony B is awesome! Takes his time and does a phenomenal job. I will go to him as long as he cuts hair. Great guy 👍

Alondra does very good job, as I’m “Old School” at my age & like hand scissor haircut with minimal mechanical trimming. She’s excellent to cut as I prefer & takes her time.
