On a scale of 1% - 100%, I would give atmosphere 5% of the reason I come to Floyd’s 99 and 95% because of my hairstylist Shannon Bashant. One of the nicest people I know, Shannon is a great conversationalist and she always makes me feel welcome. I love the way she cuts my hair and I would follow her anywhere.
