Everyone was very welcoming and professional. My youngest son Brennan was so happy with his haircut and the barber gave him exactly what he wanted. My oldest Vaden, his barber was so patient with him.

Carlos has the best customer service. My son loved his haircut, and Carlos connected with him and made him feel comfortable. My son won’t let me take him anywhere else. And told him about a product that not one other barber has told him about for his type of hair.

Kent always listens to my requests and gives his professional opinion, no matter how particular I am. On previous appointments when Kent wasn’t available, the receptionist was able to recommend someone similar. I’ve always been pleased with Floyd’s!
