Very friendly and helpful! You get what you pay for in quality. Luis is a really cool barber and has helped me with my hair since day one! My hair is more difficult than others to die the swirls on my head but he said it wasn’t an issue and he did what he said he would do. I’ve been going for almost a year and nothing has changed. I like the designs and laidback people who work here.

Great hair stylist
The friendliness and professionalism of my stylist, Caitlin B. Also, the front desk staff are very nice too. I had a negative experience when I first tried Floyd's, but Caitlin fixed my hair, so I decided to give her a shot at doing my hair from the start. She listened to what I wanted and engaged in conversation. One of the things I said was that I was willing to consider other modifications/options in terms of styling or cutting my hair. She made a recommendation that she believed would enhance my experience and style. I agreed and I really like the result of her suggestion. I will be coming back to have Caitlin cut my hair.
