Paid close attention to detail
Lily was awesome. Showed her a photo of what I was interested in, let her know that I'm legally blind without my glasses which I removed so she could work. She did her thing with minimal additional instruction other than the photo I initially showed her, gave me my glasses back once finished and I was very happy with the results.
Sometimes it can be awkward when I'm asked mid haircut what I think of something when I legitimately cannot see in order to accurately respond. This was a non-issue with Lily and I really appreciate that she listened to this need at the start of the haircut.
I like booking appt online and I like that Eric is such a nice guy who cuts hair really well
