Booked an “any” appt and was happy to get a barber. When we arrived the booking had been switched to a stylist. She was great, but it’s a different style of cut.

I scheduled an appointment with a stylist and when I got there she was honest with me and said she wouldn't be the best stylist for what I was requesting as a cut. They looked up another stylist that would work better. She quickly came out and gave me an amazing haircut. Everyone was so professional, kind and I felt like they cared.

My daughter absolutely loves her Floyd's 99 hair stylist Patrenka and won't let anyone else touch her hair. We also love the atmosphere of Floyd's 99 and they can always get her on the schedule whenever needed.

Had a nice, relaxing experience!! I’m not a very chatty person but i felt there was a comfortable amount of conversation and us not chatting which I was okay with!! My stylist explained everything she was doing for me during the whole process and it made me feel comfortable, I’m planning to go to her again in a few months!!
