Shawn was amazing. We wanted something that wasn’t the great clips experience where you never know if you will get someone good. Shawn listened and then took a lot of time to get Tyler’s hair perfect. It’s the best cut he has ever had! We’ll be back!

Everyone is super nice and helpful to get you with someone as soon as possible, my person was Jill and she just the best. She is super kind and skilled.

I have to say that Melissa C. has been awesome every time I’ve been there. She is very attentive and truly cares about her clients. She has focused on the details that I myself and other stylist have over looked in the past. She is also very personable and easy to talk to. I actually look forward to my hair appointments.

I do have one small complaint, but not of her. The last time I was there, I didn’t realize that I was supposed to check in at the desk, plus there was another customer checking at the time, so I just sat down. None of the girls at the front even ask who I was there for. So while I was waiting, I received a text saying that my appointment would be rescheduled if they didn’t here back. I responded that I was there and I got no other response from the text. One of the girls looked at me but never said anything. Melissa thought I was a no show.

One of the two best haircuts I've received in my entire lifetime. Service was excellent and quick and I left loving my hair as-is. Nice and comfortable facility as well as very friendly staff. Everything was clean, sterile, and well maintained. 10/10 all around.
