Reasonable pricing, they have hair products work for my thick hair and it’s always a nice environment. The music is good too, it’s a wide range so it’s not annoyingly only one genre. And Kim cuts my hair just right every time, she’s a clear communicator and I’m glad I have someone I trust my hair with.

Amanda Ha was amazing. This was my first haircut with her. Not only did she give me an excellent haircut, but she was supporting the desk staff with additional phone support, greeting incoming guests walking through the door, and overall acting as a great role model. I had to ask part way through if she was a manager, which she surprisingly isn’t. I was impressed that she never made me feel that I lost her attention. She was making the right choices in offering great customer service, and supporting her coworkers. Very inspiring in my opinion.
