The best part of the service at Floyd's is just the reliability. You don't have to worry that the barber you get is going to be some amateur who will screw up your hair, everyone I've ever had a haircut from there has done a great job. I've had better and I've had worse haircuts from the place, but that's never been down to the person cutting my hair and almost always had to do with what I asked them to do with it.
