I forgot the name of the person who introduced herself before she cut my hair - pardon my Boomer memory and war veteran hearing. I meant to ask to be sure to give her credit for taking an unfinished Denver haircut, barder ran out of time, and turning it into the perfect cut. Her customer service skills were top notch, and the conversations interesting. I found my first visit here to be an outstanding experience. The idle staff stayed busy cleaning the shop from the time I was greeted upon entering to when I was walked to my exit. I felt the efforts of the Floyd's team showed pride. I found my go to girl and my new go to barber shop
