I was a client that Floyd's 99 in Cambridge a few years ago. Then I moved away but now I'm back in the area. The service I've personally received was the best around. MacKenzie D is a professional and the conversations are always a pleasure. I've had several bead experiences over the years where the barber had very little to no personally. Which is a reason that I did stay with those barbers. MacKenzie is welcoming and hospitable, friendly and asks all the right questions to ensure your hair cut and/or beard trim is to your liking.

Staff is friendly and prompt. I’m always happy with my haircut. The shampoo and scalp massage is a great end to a solid haircut.

Jihan is amazing. I always love what she does with my hair, and she's kind and friendly while also being professional.

For a more general Floyd's comment - I really enjoy the whole hot towel with shampooing thing. Not something you always get access to, as an AFAB person without facial hair to trim, but it's really nice.
