Cherry is great! I always have a good experience and I feel very understood. And they give me excellent hair. It also means a lot to me to be able to get my hair cut by a fellow nonbinary person. I have also appreciated how super easy it is to set up appointments, and the convenient location. Everyone is nice who I interact with. I appreciate that it’s also really easy to say I don’t need my hair washed etc. - no pressure to add frills I don’t need or want. As a female presenting person, it’s nice to get the same no nonsense you get at a barber shop but also the care to the haircut itself that I had been used to only getting from fancy salons.
Jessica is fantastic and the service desk person on Saturday mornings when I normally come is also super nice.
