I first visited Floyd's back in the summer of 2021 when masks were still required. MacKenzie D was the lady taking care of my haircut. MacKenzie D did a fantastic job with my haircut, which is a plus. But, the biggest thing that won me over to becoming a repeat customer was MacKenzie's personality. When going anywhere for a service whether its a barbershop, bar/restaurant or even an automobile repair shop. If the people assisting you don't have a personality, then it's pointless and a waste. As a barber, it's important to engage with your clients, have conversations and be hospitable. Have had bad experiences where you could tell when the person servicing you is only there for a job and only cares about making money. Because of MacKenzie's hospitality, that's what mage me a repeat client. Cherry is also the same way. I'll only schedule my appointments when MacKenzie is available.

My stylist, Mackenzie, took the time for a thorough consultation, then cut my hair the way we agreed. She styled it nicely, made a quick adjustment to the cut when she was done styling. Overall it was a nice experience.
