shelly listened to what i was looking for, gave her thoughts/advice on how to achieve the style, and explained the proper aftercare products/maintenance. also, shelly is a great conversationalist and made the whole time in the chair enjoyable :)

Reliable, friendly, welcoming and always get a good cut.

I really like McKenzie and the work she does on my hair. She takes the time to make sure I am happy with the results, asking for feedback as she is cutting my hair.
The rest of the staff is friendly. Some products are a bit expensive, but I like how the folks are willing to order something for me if it is not there.
I wish you had a price for just a trim....$40 is alot for a trim.....it may take less than 10 minutes to trim my hair, but, again, $40 is alot for that.

Friendly folks do a fast cut and nice shampoo after to help remove all the little bits of hair.

The staff at Floyd's in Cambridge, MA are wonderful. My stylist Mackenzie is one of the best in the business. She has been making me look like a million bucks for years now. I go in shabby and come out a new man every time. Floyd's is lucky to have her on staff.

Jessica is AWESOME--my son's been going to her for years, and refuses to have his hair cut by anyone else (even though it means he gets a little shaggy while away at college :) She's so detail-oriented and skilled, and she knows just what to do with his difficult hair!
