Josh is the ONLY reason I go to Floyd’s. Floyd’s as an organization charges way too much and makes bad decisions as a company. I would not recommend to anyone and would not give business to Floyd’s if it weren’t for Josh. Give him a raise or a bonus because he single handily is saving Floyd’s business.

Josh Pellegrino is always kind and friendly. Each time I’ve sat in his chair, he listens attentively to how I’d like my hair cut and always asks follow-up questions to ensure he understands exactly how I want to style my hair. I also appreciate that he updates my profile whenever I decide to change my hair cut. (It’s always the worst when you can’t remember what you did the last time!) I can tell that he cares about how each customer looks and feels in their new haircut. I always feel so powerful after he cuts my hair! He is the best.
