2) The staff. I’ve been with my barber - Sabrina H - at the Mosaic, VA branch for almost two years. She is excellent and worth every penny.

3) The facility. Your barber shop is always clean, the products you sell are neatly organized, and the equipment you use to cut hair are well-maintained.

My stylist, Nadjat is amazing!!!! She knows how to do a great pixie cut. She is such a kind human being. My only issue with Floyds was when it took a long time to rectify a.gift card issue. In the end, it was resolved, but took months
