She listens to your needs and is realistic about your hair expectations while still being super positive and encouraging. I think communication is important with this type of service. However, I do find the music a bit loud, which makes it really hard to talk to anyone. Despite that, I really enjoy the atmosphere Monica creates – it's welcoming and professional. Plus, her expertise always leaves my hair looking amazing!
