The receptionist was very welcoming and professional. Although, I was a walk-in the waiting time was not too long, the atmosphere was relaxing and the music was good.

The haircut was good and the barber was pleasant and friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

I like being able to schedule my appointments via your iOS app, which makes it easy to replicate a past appointment. I especially appreciate being able to use Apple Pay and that it is much faster on the pay terminals now. I’ve tried many different places to get my haircut and always come back to Floyd’s because the overall experience is so much better than everyone else’s.

Overall great vibe, I felt relaxed and had a good conversation throughout my cut and good solid advice about my hair and how to maintain it. Massage was nice at the end.
