We have found the hair stylist that my son likes and she is consistent, professional, and friendly. We always come in for the same thing, so we know what to expect. At the beginning, though, I was not a fan of the hidden upsell: asking my teenagers whether they wanted a shampoo, doing it, and then later telling me of the charge. The costs should be mentioned upfront when the service is offered. Or, at a minimum, say there is a cost to a service when it’s offered. Allow the customer to be aware and ask what the cost is. Otherwise, we are very happy with Farah.

The vibe was great of the shop. I like that you employ a variety of barbers from different backgrounds. There’s younger and more experienced barbers. My barber Kevin was really nice and we had a good convo. My hair felt amazing after the conditioning treatment. He also did a fantastic job cutting my hair and beard and it was the first time I got my hair cut with him.

Frank is the only barber who can give my sons a decent haircut and the only one who can do it TEAR FREE, which is huge. I dont know how he does it but he’s amazing. Receptionists are always helpful and friendly.
