I have had two regular barbers at Floyd's over the years, and they have both been awesome. I found Nam when my former regular barber was booked up and he is a true artist--I appreciate his attention to detail. As far as services, obviously it's a good hair cut, but the neck shave is a must and the neck massage is a nice touch. I also like when they use the hot towel.

The person at the front desk made sure I was paired with the right hair dresser for me hair type and desired cut when I came in as a walk-in and Annie understood perfectly the style I was going for and made sure her cuts all around were even.
