I like the quality of the haircut provided by Tara -- I go to Floyds to get my hair cut from her. If she's not available, I go to Hair Cuttery, which is less expensive.
Di is the best barber/hair-stylist I've ever visited. She has been cutting my hair for the better part of a decade now. I trust her so much that even though I've moved to a new city I wait to get my hair cut with her when I visit Arlington. She's the best!

This time around I found superb Customer Service. The Front Desk staff was able to accommodate my kids for a cut -y family and the staff had a weather-related delay.
My kids were used to a barbershop outside the area with great cuts but terrible customer service; thus, I’m glad they liked their cut! And as a parent I loved the experience. 😊
