I like when you find the right hairstylist who understands your hair type and what cuts work with you. I think it's important to build a professional relationship with your stylist that way. Keeping notes in the system w/ pictures of the cut may help with that but might be unrealistic.
I also like how respectful and kind everyone is! I drive out 40 minutes to go to this Floyd's specifically because of the people and services.
You all are fast and do a great job.

Karina at Floyd’s in Columbia is an excellent stylist. She listens and is patient and her skills are top notch. I have recommended Floyd’s many times. Now my father even goes to Floyd’s Ellicott City for his haircuts and beard trims.

I made an appointment with Jam for 12:00. A couple days before the appointment I got a text from Floyd's asking if I could make it 11:30. I said yes. When I arrived at 11:30 I was then told my appointment was with some else, not Jam. I said I wasn't aware of that, the text just asked if I could come in earlier, I assume my appointment would still be with Jam. I was informed that Jam didn't come in until 12 and that I would have to wait till then to see her. I said that I was willing to wait, I didn't like being asked to move my appointment up without being told it would be with someone else at the time. If the original text had asked me to change both the time and the person I would be seeing, I would have said no right away.
Jam did fabulous job as usual and the service she provided was fabulous.
Love the cut. Don't use any products or services.
