I love Lou! She’s my favorite! Last time I was in years ago I saw a different stylist and she made me feel very uncomfortable and sent me outside with wet hair in the middle of January. I was not happy. Lou is the best, she does great work and I’ve loved every haircut she’s ever given me!

There needs to be a more cost effective option for a trim. I avoid this shop unless I need a full haircut because it's so ridiculously expensive. Neighborhood barbers are better for touchups.

Also, I've tipped less in the past because the prices are so high and I can only justify spending so much for a haircut.

9 is for the staff and quality of haircut. The rest of the experience is far below average for how expensive it is.
