I don’t have a favorite stylist at Floyd’s. Here’s why … I’ve been going regularly to Floyd’s for about 10 years. I get a new stylist every time, and you know what? 100% of them have been amazing. They are ALL my favorite! You guys must be doing something right with your recruiting, your training, whatever. The whole culture and brand you’ve built is impressive; but for me, it’s the people. They posses genuine character and the quality of their work consistently exceeds my expectations. It’s always an “experience” — one that I look forward to every couple of weeks. Thank you!
