Good team overall. I have only been to Floyd’s twice, but my last haircut wasn’t that great… the team definitely took care of me, but the person cutting my hair kind of implied she’s doing it for the wrong reason, and rushed my haircut, tried to overcharge, and didn’t even take time to show me the back of my head after the cut was done. Again, it was all good, but if I had any problems I would say it, and that is the only problem I have had at Floyd’s.

You all care about your clients and even care about their personal lives which makes me feel way more comfortable when coming for a haircut! Emily is an amazing person and I’ve even recommended 2 of my friends to her and now they have become her clients as well!
