The people are always friendly and attentive. My stylist, Alicia, is very experienced and takes the time to listen to what I want in order to provide the perfect haircut every time I visit the salon.

My poor barber caught me on an off day. She was wonderful and listened and did a great job. Wife enjoys it and that’s all that matters. Definitely coming back

I like that I can either book an appointment online or just make a phone call if the website doesn’t work. I like that there is a person at the front desk to let the stylist know I showed up. Other places that make you book online and then check in at a kiosk are really annoying.
Also, I have always been able to find an available stylist who is reasonably good at their job, if not great. I have had a few favorites over the years and I really liked all of them

Everyone was really nice and accommodating. My stylist listened to me and I got the cut I wanted. And she wasn’t overly chatty, which I prefer! I’ll be back!

We had a great experience!!! We did a same day appointment. They were very accommodations to take two appointment just before an hour before closing. Aprile did a great job cutting my sons and daughter hair. He has vert difficult hair to cut when short and she nailed it in a short time. Thank you for everything!!! Looking forward to another hair cut for the kids in the future!!!!

I’ve had Nick for my last 2 haircuts and both times I received the best customer service that I’ve ever had in any context. He made my hair look great both times and offered suggestions about how he’d be able to make the cut better. Give Nick a raise, he deserves it.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating despite an error in our appointment time and prompt service.

The overall service. I observed a Gentleman getting a full facial his beard was washed, conditioned,massaged scalp, and a shave. Excellent care was given. My Barber was friendly, soft spoken gentleman he asked me what I would liked, gave me a cut that becoming for my face

We've had a hard time finding a stylist for my both my sons. They have very straight, but thick hair. We found Berto and he's fantastic. He was able to listen to what my boys wanted and was able to give them exactly what they asked for! We will definitely be coming back.
