I was a customer at the South Loop location for years. However, the quality at that location had declined over the years. I recently learned it closed. I tried the LaGrange location and had an incredible experience. The visit restored my faith in your brand. A very clean and well-organized location. I liked the dedicated parking spaces. Nikki did a wonderful job with my daughter. She made her feel very comfortable and important while cutting her hair. She listened and gave her exactly what she asked for.

Upon entering, I was greeted very quickly and very friendly. Right away I noticed how clean the establishment was my stylist was punctual and right on time. She introduced herself and right away. I felt confident with the care that I was going to receive and I was not wrong. I can see myself going back there again.

My barber Micah is legit. I schedule for him every time. If you need a fade, tight trim, etc. he is an expert. All styles that require a trained barber. He’s also well read and a music lover and a kind person. He is Floyd’s Barbershop’s best kept secret.
