Friendly, professional, knowledgeable
Stylists have always been friendly and professional. They have always made sure I was completely satisfied before finishing the cut. In the past I have encountered many of the stylists leaving or going to another Floyd's location. Frustrating when you find one that you like, and then she's gone.
I have not used any products from the salon.

My stylist Jen Ortega is awesome. Great people person that I enjoy having a conversation with while getting my hair cut. She does a fantastic job every time and I always leave feeling rejuvenated with my fresh cut.
Aiman is great. He takes his time to make sure what is he doing is done well, and right. I've come back to him three times in a role. Floyds prices are too much and I truly hope majority of the cost goes to the employee because Aimen deserves it. He's worth coming back.

The atmosphere was vibrant and relaxed. Great music, the other patrons that were there ahead of us looked like they were enjoying their hair-cut, and all the barber/stylist were enjoying their time doing so.
My son is very picky about his hair. He really likes how Berto cuts his hair.
