Chesea S did an amazing job on my hair, and I'm really happy with he end result. It was my first time having Chesea cut my hair, as she is new there. I've been going to the Floyd's in Streeterville for three years. Chelsea came highly recommended to me by a friend who also got a great haircut from her. It was also the first time that a stylist has used powder product in my hair, and I love what it does for my hairstyling. I'd give her a 10/10 rating as a stylist. She's very good, really professional, easy to talk to, really takes time to understand what I wanted from my haircut, and she's very nice.

From the moment my husband and I walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed. The receptionist—a young African American man whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch—was absolutely SUPERB. Warm, professional, and effortlessly helpful, he set the tone for the entire visit. The rest of the team was just as impressive—everyone was incredibly kind, accommodating, and sincerely sweet. And Tony... He did a great job with my husband's cut/shave. It’s rare to find a place that combines skill with such a down-to-earth, friendly vibe. This barbershop nails it.
The only (tiny) issue? The music was a tad too loud… though that might just be a *demographic thing*, LOL.
