I love your shops, especially the shop in Streeterville because the staff is more friendly, shop brighter, easier to get to, and the windows are not wide open for people to stare at you, bugs to fly in, and any one can step in and rob much easier.

My barber Tanesia is very nice, friendly, efficient, and my hair is always perfect.

Keep up the great customer service. I will tell other people about your shop, especially the one in Streeterville.
