Well I don’t like the flow of this feedback mechanism, whoever designed it should click through a sample and see what I mean - it is not intuitive. But broadly speaking I like Floyd’s because it’s regularly available, I know what to expect, and the stylists are professional. It’s a “Target-ification” of haircuts.

The stylist who most recently cut my hair, shampooed it, and trimmed my beard gets an A+++! His attention to detailing was incredibly precise and I came out feeling refreshed and dapper.
I use the “Refresh leave-in conditioner” every day.

The lady that answers the phone, takes the appointments, is always polite, friendly, professional, courteous, and has wonderful customer service skills.
I can't say enough nice things about my barber Tanisha. She is a wonderful person, i always love my hair cuts and her shampoos are great and so relaxing.
Her personality is beyond nice and i would recommend her to anyone that i feel would be a good customer.

Punctual service, well worth the price. I have had the same stylist Ryann and she is great. She adjusts my haircut and then makes notes in the system after every visit. Nice to know that she cares and I appreciate her.
