I have a regular stylist (though I don't need much styling) at the Evanston store, Natalie M. She remembers my preferences, not to mention what we talked about on previous visits. She's skillful, careful, personable, and efficient. In short, she does a great job on a regular basis. It's not easy to find someone with all those virtues, so I very much appreciate her.

The variety and quality of products, the overall atmosphere, the cost of services and have had overall positive interactions with the staff. Finding one or two people I trust with styling my hair to my taste can be challenging but so far I have had really good luck with the two barbers I've gone back too multiple times.
