Great app interface makes it incredibly easy to schedule my appointment. My barber does an amazing and consistent job with my haircut. She always listens to me and my “cut” is saved in the Floyd’s system - making it a breeze for her to reference in advance of my appointment.

Easy to make an appointment. Front desk person with purple hair (currently purple) is lovely. Place is always clean and I like my person who cuts my hair.
So far taking my now 12 year old stepson for haircuts has been hit or miss, and mostly misses. Supercuts and Hair Cuttery stylists rush and we have left the salon with his straight hair noticeably uneven. We took him to a barber who shaved off half his right eyebrow while trimming ... I don't know what. The Floyd's barber was kind and took his time and interacted with my stepson. He felt listened to which I deeply appreciate
The employees, at the very least at the evanston location, are talented and incredibly nice to their clients. I really felt like I could trust them with cutting my hair for me.
