I loved my hair stylist, Lauren. She is classy, friendly, professional. She always takes her time and does a great job. She is the reason I keep coming back.

There are a few things I do dislike about this location. I am hearing that the front desk staff will be replaced by electronic servicing, which is disappointing. Seriously, this is something I will not interface with and will take my business elsewhere as soon as this is implemented. Also, parking at this location is really bad. It can be difficult to find a place during peak hours even for several blocks. On a hot day, I'll just stay home.
