Delilah was recommended to me by my boyfriend who raves about her. I drove from Ventura and when I walked in it was clean, organized, and the choice in music was awesome. A great mix of 80’s punk and classic rock. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Easy parking in the back. The prices were good. Delilah was experienced and articulate. Your Barbara's really understand and communicate the process of the haircut. My Barbara was able to share with me how we can correct my sons haircut from a previous haircut at a different salon. So I have proper expectations of Howell grow out and how to manage it

Honestly, when the person does what they are supposed to do. The back rub thingy, takes the time to find out what you want then your shops are great. That is why I started booking with Brittany (if I recall her name properly she’s the manager) at Sherman Oaks.

The person who cut my son’s hair did a phenomenal job. I did pay for a massage hair wash and there was no massage so the additional charge didn’t seem right, but I’ll know for next time.
