Lauren is the best. Easy to set appts through the app. Easy to cancel. The only thing that could take away from it is the rising cost of a haircut. $38 is probably the max I'll pay for that level cut and I'm only still doing it because of how much I love Lauren. But yeah, otherwise, its a very convenient business model
