I like the ease of making appointments online and the texts reminding me of the appointments. Haircuts are quick and Mark, who cuts my hair at the Sherman Oaks location, does a fantastic job!

Lauren is not only a GREAT hairstylist but is always cheery and pleasant. I never have to sit for 15-20 minutes either as my appointment times are always kept.

Our hair stylist was great. We got a great cut and service. The one thing I would suggest is that stylist introduced themselves to the new clients. Just make one feel more comfortable.
We will be back again.
