Please fix you new 20 min schedule system. It is a nightmare. It doesn’t work. Go back to 30. Too rushed and not realistic.

I have had 3-4 great stylists and am a looong time visitor to Floyd’s. Lauren was wonderful and gave me a great cut.
My only problem has been using your website to book or cancel an appt.
