Staff was incredibly kind, very skilled, great environment overall. I have never had a salon offer clients the ability to come back within a week if they were not 100% satisfied with their cut. Not only was I offered, I was offered multiple times by multiple staff members. The price was great, and we got a discount because we were willing to donate my daughters hair to locks of love. The stylist was great to work with, skilled, friendly, and extremely compassionate.

Floyds is very convenient in the neighborhood. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the hairstylist. I did a walk in one time and lucked out with a wonderful stylist that I still use today and that was eight years ago that we met. Great company great people!
