I rated you guys a 10 however it’s important to follow your scheduling. If a client has an appointment keep to that appointment time. We make appointments with purpose whether it being to solidify a spot or because we have plans after. This instance I had to wait 30 min past my appointment time which caused my entire schedule to get backed up. Waiting an addition 5-10 min would not have been a problem but I show up 10 minutes before my appointment to respect the barbers time and I expect my time to be respected as well.

I believe the person that cut my hairs name is Carlo. Did an absolutely amazing job! Have been going somewhere else for the past couple years and was never all that satisfied. Finally decided to go elsewhere. He knocked it out of the park. Made a few suggestions. Could’ve have asked for anything better.
