Great customer service
My hair caught on fire, so I went to Floyd’s per recommendation of another. Even though I did not book an appointment, they were able to accommodate with the schedule in quick time. I explained the situation to the staff, and they were able to remove all of the burnt ends in a very thorough fashion! They also added conditioner to my hair to assist with the healing process. They were also able to provide the service with half the price by considering it a trim, and they were able to remove all the burnt remnants while also maintaining my hair such that my peers noticed no change at all! Thank you very much, I really enjoyed my experience there!
